But only if we include a clause in the contract that says you aren't going to make any more lopsided trades such as this one with your friends later on down the road in attempt to stack the odds in your favor.  |

I must have missed the understated "burn" connotation that was meant to be conveyed. I always thought a "burn" was something more along the lines of "You trust your abilities to run your team? ...into the ground maybe." Good example, a burn is a burn, the burn was in the implication that Richard - Blues can't run his team properly because he made that mistake and Tyler - Jets didn't. "I trust my abilities to run my team." - Tyler - Jets The burn was on Richard.  |

I think each season we should pick a rivalry week and those teams agree on a prospect bet or something like we have discussed here. My team better show up those two weeks lol. This is going to make our battles this year that much more intense. This league is so much fun so excited to get the season underway.

I'll offer you my 1st & 2nd 2016 Entry picks for your 1st in this same scenario. No offense meant Tyler, you have a pretty good team but I still see it as a bubble playoff team and Derrick still has a Top 3 team. Open challenge to the entire league! I'll put up $100 for this upcoming season, winner and Champion take all. If four managers agree the Top 2 will be paid. If six managers agree the Top 3 will be paid. Bet will be null and void and money returned if no Champion is crowned within the money managers. Put your money where your mouth is.  Let's see who's actually confident.  |

Why don't you and Derrick battle if you both believe I am such an easy target. I am not going to put up any money that's not what this league is about for me. I enjoy building a team and managing the day to day stuff. I won't back down because on any given week you can lose to anyone. I think this is going to be the season with the most parity since I joined the league. It is nice to see active GM's trying to build contenders. I really was trying to just push friendly competition. It's hard to catch you ten year vets.
