Derrick can you confirm this? He's past his draft eligible year and was not selected.

In order to be signed, Janus must belong to an NHL organization. Since he does not, this signing is nullified and you must wait until the entry draft to sign or draft this player. The homepage for Erie Otters (Janus' current team) indicates that he isn't eligible for the NHL until 2009. www.ottershockey.com/team/players/jaroslav-janus/ |
