As of this poll, Brad has not logged in since July 1st. As a result, he has let down his fellow Gm's, not fulfilled his responsibilities in bettering the Thrashers organization, and missed every pick in this year's Prospect Draft. To prevent further detriment, I feel as though this issue needs to be resolved before the Waiver Draft.

Though he definitely missed the ball on the actual draft, since it is only 12 days, I would give him some more time. Life happens and there could be a very good explanation.

As a friend of Brads I contacted him just yesterday actually and told him about missing the prospect picks and he had completely forgotten about it. He was finishing up with college and getting all his stuff in order for graduation and what not (ie trying to find jobs for after Graduation and living arrangements for when his lease is up at school) He is now enjoying some time off at Myrtle Beach for the week. I'll try to get in contact with him again here in the next day or two so he can get online and let his intentions as the Thrashers GM known.

Let's go with 11 teams and put his players into the waiver draft. No? Bueller?

Hey guys I apologize for the delay and I know I missed the prospect draft and didnt log on for a whopping 3 weeks. Going through a difficult and hectic time right now with graduation, moving, interviewing for jobs, and working all at the same time. It may be too late seeing that the votes have been made but my apologies. I've been in this league for 3 years now I believe and im not completely sure that one relatively brief absence warrants ejection.

I refrained from voting since I didn't know the whole situation... but I can definitely sympathize with difficult/hectic times. I've been ridiculously school-oriented the past two months and I haven't given fantasy hockey as much thought as I have in the past (I think I've even frustrated a few GMs about my lack of availability/interest in trade talks). Ultimately, I just wanted to ask Brad if he's still committed for the upcoming season, the rest of the offseason, and to make sure he keeps his lineup updated during the year.

Obviously I'm gonna be active for the rest of the offseason and the coming seasons. Oh wait, or maybe not cuz it looks like the league has booted me. Happy Graduation Brad! Great job and best of luck to you! =)

Great job and best of luck to you! =) Happy Graduation and congrats, however the date for the drafts were known and you did not touch base with the league at all in almost 3 weeks which is not bad if there is nothing happening but there was a prospect draft happening. so you cannot blame the league for voting on this matter, I assume there is a chance you may not be booted but it would likely be a matter for Derr to rule on. (I think I've even frustrated a few GMs about my lack of availability/interest in trade talks). You've never, not once, frustrated me with your response time. You're one of the few. I think Brad's sincere about wanting to continue his involvement with the Atlanta franchise and I think he should be given a chance to prove that. Missing the Prospect Draft was huge though and he should be on 'probation' for the first little while but I'm all for giving him another shot.
