Grounds for removal include: not answering PM's, not voting in any poll that has been set up in 2012, and has only logged in one time in the past 2 months (to submit keepers). A replacement has already been lined up (if necessary).
Please vote now.

If a replacement is made I think it would be a good idea to let the new GM repick his keepers as that franchise is royally fucked with Tim Thomas as the only goalkeeper.

Throwing a 'No' for the hell of it. Not that it matters. I wonder if Hannu was made aware of the importance of off-season duties, he's also from another part of the world right? Had he missed keepers I would say 'Yes' absolutely. No chance on repicking keepers in my opinion, that's really pushing it, there are deadlines for a reason, information passes around after deadlines (retirement, injuries, etc.) that can affect or alter a manager's decision, which I view as an unfair advantage. Unless you're willing to let every single manager repick their keepers (or give managers a 'pass' to repick in the future) I'm against that.
Having said that I felt like Hannu ran his team well during the season, a little slow on response time but overall a solid manager.

I will vote no as well based on it being his first off season. Maybe a major warning and keep a short leash going forward. Absolutely no re-picking of keepers.

I've had trouble getting much of a response from him since day one I eventually always get a response, which is more than I can say about other past GM's, but it's always much later. I actually have a pending PM that I sent right after keepers that hasn't been opened as of yet. That gets frustrating. Especially when you're talking with other GM's to make moves.

Yes. He's never around and it's early in his tenure, not a promising sign for the future.

I find it humorous that you guys are voting for Haanu when he can't even log in to vote in his own defense!

I find it humorous that you feel like you have a voice here.
Go away.
Oh, I also smirked at you misspelling the man's name.

I'll give Hannu one week to reply to this thread, if he doesn't I'll change my vote. I just hate giving up on managers, they spend so much time with their team, it's hard to strip that away from somebody but I feel like this is enough of a chance and if he doesn't show up to defend himself that's on him.
One week.
Actually the Prospect Draft is in a few days, so he should be back anyway to make selections, if he misses that he deserves the axe.

I agree it's just the fact that over and over with this guy I personally have had problems getting a response about anything that's my frustration and whoever will take over the team has missed out on keepers and then to throw them into the fire right at the prospect draft would be tough. Checking the site once a week during the off season shouldn't be an issue for anyone unless they are on vacation.
