No i definitely realize i have had really bad spells of it where i could have filled 4 or 5 IR+ spots.
I've just never seen this PPD non-sense where nothing can be done.

It’s extremely frustrating. It has happened to me at least once per week for what feels like an eternity now. Usually suddenly, with little or no warning to make adjustments to the lineup. And just so you are aware, it will happen to you again down the road as a result of the league attempting to reschedule these postponed games, and having to postpone other games that are already scheduled. |

Sorry I missed goalie starts last week guys that really flipped some stuff in the standings. Just got unlucky and it’s not for lack of trying. Nearly impossible to trade for a goalie right now and with how deep our league is every 4th-5th stringer is on a roster lol. Hopefully doesn’t happen again...... riding Quick and DeSmith hahaha what a crazy fantasy season.

I dont think theres anything we can do as a league but it will impact some decision making for some GMs with championship aspirations.

I was kind of hoping that Yahoo would adjust it's system with the NHL to accommodate the makeup games, but it doesn't look like that is going to happen as of right now. This is the exact thing I feared would happen early in the season. Certain teams are put at a significant disadvantage, without ever being given the opportunity to make the postponed games up. At this point, it is what it is. Not really sure what can be done about it. I am beyond ready for this season to be over. |

Your attitude has been extremely annoying this season, just saying. You're right, it is what it is. These are nothing more than games that were missed due to injury, simple as that. Games missed due to injury have never been made up in the past, this was a unique opportunity, some were made up but not all of these games could be made up in time, oh well. I've missed entire seasons of my best player being out for all 82 games, he was out for a year and a half, my best player. I didn't complain. Regardless of what anybody has to say, I learned this well last season too, it doesn't matter what anybody thinks about this season or another, whether you or anyone else gives credit to it or not is irrelevant. The winner will be the winner and it will be a well deserved victory. I'm of the opinion that my team has been the very best, not by a little but by a lot, for the last decade and nobody should have beaten me these past few years and the fact that I was beaten is nothing but a joke. If this is the attitude you have maybe I should just discredit the Ottawa Championships and the Calgary Championships and the Winnipeg Championship because you guys sure as Hell didn't have a better team than mine, especially so if I were able to get all games lost to injury credited. Shit happens, embrace it.  |
