Huge day today for a couple of teams in the playoffs and consolation bracket. Calgary making a push. Flames and Wings have already tied once this year, but the Wings hold the tiebreaker. Devils and Capitals in a close one as well battling for a better waiver pick. Devils hold the tiebreaker here.
Congratulations to Chris - Capitals on making NAFHL history during the regular season (22 winless weeks). A loss here and new season long record (including playoffs) can be set.

Who held the previous record? In both shortened seasons (2020, 2012) over the past 10 years, Chris - Capitals only won a single week (first week in 2020, last week in 2012). If you are not counting those, I think the NAFHL - Wild had some pretty rough seasons 2017-2019 with 3 wins. Assuming Krug is blanked, Vrana just needs a single minor penalty to ruin the streak and recreate history. |

That is absolutely tragic for Jeff - Red Wings to be eliminated splitting the goaltending categories with SEVEN goalie wins and a shutout. Man, I feel for you on that one! What a close match-up!

Carter Hart is a terrible goalie who would have been available in the Waiver Draft if you didn't find somebody to pawn him off on. Hey, you don't know goalies. Carter Hart is an elite goaltending talent. He would have been kept if I didn't trade him. Even players available in the Waiver Draft need picks spent to acquire the player and you have 11 other managers to compete with and no guarantees. Elite players are found in the Waiver Draft as well like Linus Ullmark. Rarely is anything you say worth a damn, I just continue to roll my eyes at the stupidity but I'm not surprised. At least 85% of the world's population is very, very stupid. 🤪 |
