- Minor Leaguers are players with 151-200 NHL games played and/or as of June 1st are 25 years of age or older.
- The Farm-Farm is only for Prospects 24 years old or younger as of June 1st with 25 or fewer NHL games played.
- At gametime of a Minor Leaguer's 201st NHL game, who is still on the Farm, he is released into Free Agency the following day at 12:00am PST/3:00am EST.) [Ex. Macklin Celebrini plays his 201st game on January 13th, he can be added by any team at 12:00am PST/3:00am EST on January 14th.]
- At gametime of a Prospect's 26th NHL game, who is still on the Farm-Farm, he is lost to Suspended Waivers for the season.
