What's going on here apparently people keep throwing fits so we have to keep "reworking" the trade even though the only players he wants are semin, eaves, sanford. honestly, i dont know what people are expecting? a complete swap in players? let me repeat, HE WANTS EAVES, SEMIN, SANFORD. you cant force players he doesnt want upon him. perhaps we should just open a thread for trade proposals where people set up trades for all the other teams in the league. look at this situation for example, it kind of makes you think: do we really own any "our" players" or are there just team names strategically placed next to them for decoration? so with that said...are we going to have yet another problem here or can i process this trade?

Might as well process the original one. The complaint people were coming up with was that you weren't giving away studs, and Kubina, Cogliano, Parrish don't fit in that category anyway. The original proposal was accepted by both parties, just go along with that. Unless you are giving up Datsyuk, Ovechkin, or Brodeur, nobody is going to like the trade anyway. Reworking it this way is pointless, sounds to me like a mockery of the feedback on the original trade.
Go with the original trade of Thornton for Eaves/Semin/Sanford.

My whole arguement and defending of my points is NOT because i want joe thornton desperately. its also not because i think im giving this guy the shaft or taking him for the proverbial "ride." no. Im arguing because i HATE the concept of the casual veto AND managers not being able to do what they want with their team. im perfectly fine keeping semin and eaves and reaping all the benefits. however, i have the prospect talent and depth that it takes to maybe let go of some of these guys and i found a guy who was just so happened to be looking to take on such a thing.both teams accepted, no harm no foul. which leads me to my next point. boston, even thinking for one second or implying that winnipeg and i are friends in real life is insulting. its insulting to me, its insulting to this league and fantasy players everywhere. how DARE you make such a claim? proclaim me a cheater??? youre ridiculous. i dont know this guy any better than the rest of you. i put up a post on HF and he replied willing to take the job. i guess if knowing his aol messenger screename is "knowing him in real life?" youre just grasping for excuses now because your feeble mind cant process why a manager would do such a trade? or like i said before, angry because youre not on either side of the trade yourself. oh and i am out to step on toes, spill some milk, whatever you want to call it because i dont take kindly to being called a cheater. with that said, toronto (and anybody else) im not going to do the trade unless it is univerally acdepted. i refuse to have my hard work thus far tainted just because a few people dont agree with a trade i made. whenver they feel the need to "downplay" me itll be the same thing over and over and im not dealing with it. "you just won because you "stole" thornton" "man youd suck without thornton" "man you wouldnt be anywhere if joe thornton wasnt your friend...i mean on your team" .....how shallow. no one player is going to win you a week or league for that matter. i feel my team is ready to compete for a championship right now, with or without thornton. this was acheived through research, knowledge and hard work, NOT CHEATING. end of story.
