Ahh, these trades aren't late? I thought the deadline was March 8th? Even if you can trade during March 8th the last two trades that are up here (Ottawa and Montreal with Boston) have been completed past the deadline, March 9th at midnight PST/3:00 am EST.

The trades were completed online well before the deadline and was posted on the boards a bit later. Plus, the timestamp on the post says 2:59am EST for this trade and like 2:46am for the other (which is before the 3am EST deadline).

Yes but a trade isn't complete until both parties accept and it's submitted to the league. I was going by the "I accept" posts, which are after the deadline. Also, I don't think it really matters if you had a trade "complete" in an IM/PM conversation. This would be like an NHL trade being "complete" on the phone and then submitted to the league after the deadline, no dice. I don't really care since the trades aren't that significant but I think we should have some rules in place when it comes to trade deadline day.
