Sorry Derrick, but you can't just do whatever the hell you want. This is a league with equal share and this should be discussed. Did Andrew bench impact players? Yes or no? Yes he did, therefore your "punishment" holds no water. I'm not going to relinquish the first pick because you say so. If the league votes and is in favour of it that's fine, I'll take the punishment with grace but I'll be damned if I'm going to let you control aspects of this league without the majority in agreeance, which is also a rule.

E) An "owner" or "manager” interchangeably refers to the actual human participants in the league. The "Commissioner" refers to the chief administrator of the league and is the final arbiter of disputes between owners.

ar.bi.ter –noun

1. a person empowered to decide matters at issue; judge; umpire.
2. a person who has the sole or absolute power of judging or determining.

The only things that govern a vote are rule changes, trade veto, and league removal/expansion.
