Temporary Roster Space

What do you guys think about allowing extra roster space for drafts and such? For instance, you're allowed to go over the max roster space by a certain amount and keep it that way until Final Roster Submissions are in like we used to have. I dig the way this unfolds because it emulates sort of a fantasy 'training camp' and you make your cuts, etc. What do you think?
