Yes, absolutely. Let's get managers for these franchises who actually care about their team and the league itself. This has been an ongoing problem for a while, the league has taken a significant hit because of this lack of interest, let's get the NAFHL back to its former glory.

The Maple Leafs "best" roster has been set. Any non-performing/injured players have been left on the bench. As you well know it is an extreme hassle to set a "vacant" teams lineup via the commissioner's tools every single day.

Hey, Definately it could be a hassle but I feel someone could of been found to replace quite quickly at most Fantasy Hockey sites, I feel it would have been the perfect opportunity to find someone this late in the season as it could of been a tryout for a new manager and if it didnt quite work out then someone new could of taken over, when the vote was taken to let go of the Managers I was under the understanding that the team was to be run by you, I would of been fine getting set as even a CO gm so I could set the rosters for one of the two. the season coming to an end its going to be a matter of a few points seperating me and the Maple leafs for the 2nd last spot which as we all know is important for teams that are currently not up to par with others.

I am not rushing out on some "fantasy site" and employing the first manager who wants a fantasy team. This to me, is counterproductive. The reason this league has prospered is because we have been fortunate enough to find quality replacements for those who have left us. These replacement did not happen on accident. With that said, I have a couple of managers in mind for the open GM spot.
I understand the concern for the order of the prospect draft, but yahoo won't take the initiative to switch managers in the database this late in the season. Nor do I want to "panic" and find some sub-par replacement. As the acting Toronto GM, I did all i could at the deadline to make this team as competitive as possible. The talent on the roster has increased ten-fold. You can only ask for so much, and given the circumstances, I think it all balances out in the end.
