There has been some good discussion, but ultimately I think there are only two options that should be considered when determining the rule change that needs to be made. Option 1 would see a system like or similar to: 12th = 55% 11th = 30% 10th = 10% 09th = 5% I would use a random order generator of 100 names. 55 of them would be the 12th place team, 30 the 11th place team, 10 the 10th place team, and 5 the 9th place team to create the above system. The random order generator would then determine the entry draft order. Option 2 is pretty straight forward. The names of the 11th and 12th place teams enter a random order generator, it decides who gets the first pick. Beyond the random order generator, the rest of the entry draft order will still be determined based on the end of the year standings in both options. Please vote for the option that you feel makes the most sense.

Also went with weighted dont really like the percentages but I cant think of anything else that would really make sense.
