I like how real life continues to imitate NAFHL arguments: has Derrick's rivalry with Nos led him to play the "guts" card and not select any Penguins for the playoff pool? That decision will make or break his playoff pool hopes!

Baaaahahahaha, holy shit, Crosby just fucked up Giroux verbally and then pounded him to the ice after he grabs him from behind. Letang drops Timonen badly too. Ouch. Seriously though, it looked like Crosby got Giroux good with something he said, it seemed like he was saying he was better than him and Giroux was like 'no you're not' and he turned, looked at him and said something, I don't know what it was but probably like 'you know it to be true boy' and Giroux just bitches out and pushes at him all pissy, haha. That was gold, I want to know what was said between the two.
Letang out for that? What? Why'd they both get thrown from the game? It was a fight! This game is nuts right now.

Oh my God, James Neal, what a goal bud-dy. Pens back in it baby! 3-2 in the first. Sorry for all the updates, feels like it needs documentation.

James Neal makes it 4-3 with a beaut, we've got a game again! The game calmed down a bit, a few penalties here and there for power plays, making it closer like this should amp it up though.

So I noticed how we have GMs from our sister league in here are we going to let whoever wins have the Keeper slot or will there be a slot up for grabs for the highest finisher of each league?

So I noticed how we have GMs from our sister league in here are we going to let whoever wins have the Keeper slot or will there be a slot up for grabs for the highest finisher of each league? Whoever wins gets the keeper slot. There will not be two given away for the highest finisher of each league. Since the NAFHL development system is so new (and technically hasn't been introduced yet) this seemed like the easiest way to keep everyone engaged during the offseason, yet still offering a reward. In years to come, there might be different setups offered where a team in each league can win a keeper slot, etc. but not this year. If all goes as planned, this playoff pool will be the only way one can acquire a keeper slot. It keeps managers engaged during the offseason, gives meaning to the playoff pool, and adds parity to the league by way of strengthening the waiver draft by eliminating the free-trade of keeper slots during the year.

Unfortunately I am currently unemployed and have been since Dec and not looking good right now with any prospects so I'll have to decline the mailing of 20 bucks. Sorry
