I vote remove he doesn't seem as invested as in the past. There may be a good explanation but you have to put in the effort to be competitive in this league.

If my memory serves me right I've never received a reply to a trade offer in under 2 weeks from him, if he bothered to reply at all. Avalanche franchise deserves better.

If all the votes are in is it not closed. If you haven't voted get your ass in gear and participate. This is a big fantasy league and we need GM's to be involved. Competition will increase if all GM's put in a little more time.

Competition will increase if all GM's put in a little more time. All the votes are in from all the active Gm's, but we are obviously still waiting on Ryan - Avalanche. And while it is extremely unlikely that he is going to show up, I want to make sure that the processes that are detailed in the new rulebook are followed to prevent future discrepancy. So we will wait. |

L) The only exception to the rules stated above would be in the event of an inactive manager(s), in which case an 8/11 vote must be reached.
This is written in the rule book. Isn't that exactly what's going on here. Isn't this the exception. I don't know if that means we don't have to wait the 2 weeks or not. We may still have to. Technically his vote doesn't matter now anyways. We already have 11 of 11 votes. I don't mind waiting at all I was just being curious.
