Vote as to whether or not you think players should be able to be sent to and from the farm freely, regardless of status, during the offseason. this would include prospect, regular, and minor leaguer signings as well. (post prospect and waiver draft.)

I don't know how to answer the poll. During the "off-season" (after the prospect and waiver drafts) only players with prospect and minor leaguer status should be allowed on the farm. They should also pass freely (no waiver). Regular players should never be on the farm.
However, I think we need a little leeway with our rosters during the off-season so we can make trades, cut players, and assign them to the big club or farm. Say someone has an extra three waiver picks and has 22 players on their active roster, we should have time to get that number down during the off-season. Send our final roster submissions in at a certain time to the designated limit of 19 players per roster (Active and Farm).
Something like that.

Yeah, I agree. Minor Leaguers and prospects should be able to move freely between the active roster and farm over the offseason. Regulars should stay where they belong. That's how we worked this offseason and it worked well, same with Nos's suggestion of having oversized rosters before roster submission.
