The poll had barely begun and you said "evidently i greatly undervalued Luongo......and im not running away from the league ive been moving all weekend so havent had internet access but im working on that.....as for the trade my bad on greatly undervaluing him.....veto it"

That doesn't say "the opinion of the league is clear, veto it," and for good reason. The league's opinion was not clear. That just helped anyone who was undecided right over the veto edge. That post says, "Hey guys I can get more for Luongo, veto it for me." That sir makes you a liar and a farce of manager with no ethics as far as I'm concerned. Even if you wanted a better deal, did you come to me first and see if we could work out something else? No. Granted, you're not obligated to do that, it just seems like the right thing to do under the circumstances, not to mention you did do it with your trade with Derrick.

You waited awhile to make the move with Luongo blah blah blah? Is that supposed to change where that deal came from? Surely everyone in this league isnt blind. Maybe no one cares because it didnt happen to them. They weren't the one betrayed by their own trading partner with some shady "dark alley" dealings. I just hope everyone sees and takes note of this. Keep this in mind the next time you deal with Winnepeg.

Finally, if you wanted a better deal for Luongo, you sure have a funny way of showing it. At least my deal made sense in the fact that your goalies were injured including the other half of the Anaheim situation which I was giving you. Of course, I won't be launching a veto campaign because unlike other people, I have cnsistency in my opinions and stay true to my word. I don't like you and will never have anything to do with you or your team again. You've burnt that bridge if that means anything to you.

I was making a comment about the trade.....as soon as that trade was posted less then 1/2 a day later everyone in the leauge just about said NO THIS CANT GO THROUGH. I was sayin veto it as in send it to a vote if everyone hates it because i needed to make a move i needed to try and improve my team or have you not noticed that for the last 3 months ive been slowly falling more and more.......I was negotiating with those players to an extent when our trade STARTED TO FALL THROUGH ON THE BOARDS....there is nothing against that......dont call me a fucking liar either cause ive been 100% honest with this since everything started. Maybe I did word things wrong when going about the "hey you guys dont like the trade veto it then" statement my bad for that but i wasnt trying to get people to veto the trade i was just trying to get things taken care of. Cause at that point like ive said many times to you already MY TEAM WAS HURTING AND IT NEEDED HELP QUICK my goalies were dropping like flys as well was my team in the standings.....ive all but given up on doing anything in the playoffs this season so ive started makin a few moves.......GROW UP MAN your trade didnt go through and there were a few ? about it now your crying and callin me a fuckin liar....

Everyone thought i was gettin screwed so they said somthing about it, it then went to vote and was vetoed here we are a few weeks later (i think a month +) and I trade Luongo and your going to bitch and whine about it. when not once have I seen a trade offer from you for him to try and make it a better offer to me after it was determained by the leauge that the other was no good. So get over yourself your just pissed now that you didnt get Luongo. Shit happens man this leauge is for fun, and your getting pissed off because you feel like you were screwed over. I could give a god damn about our fucking trade not going through. It got vetoed and although I hate vetos, that is the league's right n accordance with the rules. That is fine. A half days ass. The discussion went on for three days until the poll was started. You spent three days defending your opinion and the trade. THEN you posted in the POLL thread about how you undervalued Luongo and to veto the trade. Fuck you. Don't give me this shit trying to disguise your comment as "I was just tellin the league to vote." That is the worst contortion of the facts I have ever seen.

Instead of saving a sliver of integrity and just admitting that you went back on your word because you wanted a "better" deal, you try and hide and cover up. YOUR vote was the one (a month later) that vetoed the deal. Quit acting like it was the league you fucking liar. You haven't received an offer from me? Damn fucking straight asshole. I was more thn willing to renegotiate, but you up and fucking disappeared. Then when you fucking came back, did you consult with me or whatever? Couldn't find the time to send an email or PM? You went back on your word in the original deal. You told the league to veto it for you. You didn't come back and see if renegotiation could be possible. After a month, YOU vetoed the trade. Soon after you made a deal involving Luongo with the same guy that was openly trying to acquire him WHILE OUR DEAL WAS PENDING. Those are the facts. How can I or anyone else believe one fucking word that comes out of your mouth? I suppose this is all just coincidence. I must be imagining things.

The way that trade was handled was a farce, mockery, sham, and slap in my face. I hold the entire league responsible for that shit including the commissioner. after this comment in your post i ask you to 1st take a look at the rule that ive copy and pasted from or offical page in the rules section.....i also urge you to take a look at section 11 of those rule and ask you to treat the other mangers including myself with a little more respect.....the 3rd grade name calling such as....fag, whoring, lair, and anything else youve called me is extreamly childish and is making you out to be a joke.

I am not pissed or upset about not getting Luongo. I don't know how many times I have to repeat that to make it clearer for you. I am attacking your ethics and managerial conduct with direct empirical evidence. It's all right there for the entire league to see. You haven't made a single argument that disputes tht evidence that holds up to scrutiny.

Granted, my anger might have led me to use the word "fag" in previous posts, but it wasn't implying anything about your sexuality. It was a broad labeling of what i consider to be questionable actions. The term liar, however, is perfectly acceptable and applicable. After the poll was started you posted saying "I undervalued Luongo....my bad.....veto the trade." What other ways can I take that then 1) you saying "oops" veto my trade for me coincidentally after other offers have been suggested and 2) as a personal attack and betrayal against me. You have no right to post that. You have no right to vote eto for your own trade. You, as a member of the trading tandem, have the most powerful vote of all. You can single handedly veto a trade. This oppurtunity is when the offer is made and you decide whether to accept it or not. That is your power and your vote. Once you accept a trade and it is posted on the forum, IT HAS GONE THROUGH. It is pending. Any discussion of trades involving the players in the trade is completely unethical. If you can't see that, I dont know how else to explain it to you.

It's funny that you and everyone else want to quote the rulebook when it suits you, but not when it contains rules that don't fit your own agenda.

Article 5 section G: Each GM should be responsible to their trades. If you accepted a trade offer, you can't reverse the trades. THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ACCEPT AN OFFER.

I'm not asking that our trade go through or that this trade be vetoed. I am pointing out yours and the league's bullshit. That trade was put to a vote and after a MONTH of sitting there, YOU finally vetoed it. I wonder why. If anything, I have been demanding that people get involved and vote according to their responsibility. I didn't care if the league wanted to veto that trade. All I wanted was it to actually be vetoed. And what ended up deciding it? Your vote. The same person that asked the league to veto it before. How the hell was it vetoed when it hit seven votes? Eight votes are required for a veto. If the trade really needed to be vetoed, it was Derrick's responsibility as the only other person who hadn't voted to cast that vote. But no, he let the fucker sit there for an entire fucking month. In the end, he still didn't fucking decide it. You did. Why? Because you had another deal you wanted with a different GM. What the fuck? You can't deny that shit. You vetoing that trade and then making another one almost immediately proves exactly what I am saying. There were four people that hadn't voiced their opinion on the deal when you posted your "oops, veto it." You honestly think that the manager the majority thinks is getting the shaft coming on and endorsing a veto doesnt sway some votes? Get real.
