if you send either to the farm team, i believe that they will have to clear waivers first (and any other team can get them for free). plus, there is a roster freeze right now, so you can't send players to the farm or recall them.

Are rosters locked from any farm transactions (to and from)? That is what this thread is for. I'm sure that's a fair question that you could answer, yes? |
