Lol. Maybe we should just make one of these when I play Carolina. Winner takes Galchenyuk! Fantasy Thunderdome: two men enter, one man leaves with a prospect.

Lol. Maybe we should just make one of these when I play Carolina. Winner takes Galchenyuk! Fantasy Thunderdome: two men enter, one man leaves with a prospect. For "Rivalry Week," I am able to change the matchups to any pairings that I choose. So, if you can get Carolina to agree... Furthermore, pairing a D with a F is hardly fair compensation... How about: C. Kreider (C): 10 GP, 1 G, 1 A, 2 PTS, +1, 4 PIM, 0 PPP, 5 SOG, 21 Years Old M. Granlund (C): 15 GP, 1 G, 5 A, 6 PTS, -2, 4 PIM, 1 PPP, 18 SOG, 18 SOG, 20 Years old Are you going to make me pull up Kreider's playoff numbers from last season? Don't be a pansy...

Awesome idea. Grandlund > Kreider >> Wiercioch though.
If someone wants to challenge me, i'm for it. I was going to suggest Boston as we're closer in terms of talent, but Boston vs Carolina is a great idea.

Furthermore, pairing a D with a F is hardly fair compensation... Why is that? Especially considering that 'D' is putting up better numbers than that 'F'. How about: C. Kreider (C): 10 GP, 1 G, 1 A, 2 PTS, +1, 4 PIM, 0 PPP, 5 SOG, 21 Years Old M. Granlund (C): 15 GP, 1 G, 5 A, 6 PTS, -2, 4 PIM, 1 PPP, 18 SOG, 18 SOG, 20 Years old Never, Granlund is one of the best prospects in the world. I was looking for a lower profile match up to start anyway. Markus Granlund? Then I'd agree. Are you going to make me pull up Kreider's playoff numbers from last season? You mean these numbers? 18 GP, 5 G, 2 A, 7 PTS, -4, 6 PIM, 2 PPP, 29 SOG Hardly Earth shattering. 0.388 PPG? Come now. People have over inflated his performance in their minds. Indeed.

Hey, if you aren't man enough, that's fine. I can see how losing to Detroit this past week could shake your confidence.
Granlund is listed as #10 on HF's Top Prospect List, Kreider is #11. These two aren't nearly as far off in value as you are making them seem.
Besides, YOU issued the challenge. If you were going to get cold feet, you probably should have opened with "How about a small wager of insignificant pieces?" instead of "Accept if you're a man, decline if you're less than that."
Chump.

I issued a fair bet, you declined, I prefer Mikael Granlund leaps and bounds over Chris Kreider. Why would I make such a lop sided bet? Whoever I receive has to be as good if not better than the player I'm offering, similar to a trade. Kreider and Wiercioch aren't as far off in value as you make it seem either. Also, my team played horribly this past week, I'm aware. No excuses, not good enough, goaltending was atrocious but I also made a bad decision. That'll be the highlight of Detroit's season though, so enjoy it Aubrey.

However, Nos is getting cold-feet (like a runaway bride). As for Winnipeg v. Minnesota, I say M. Subban for J. Gibson Swapping matching entry or waiver picks is always fun too.

Sgarbossa vs. Thomas I am down if Glenn agrees. Similar rankings on Hockey Future.

By the way, for next season we should really set up Rivalry Week as something big, with mandatory bets for all match ups, however you don't have to bet anything you don't want to. Meaning both managers have to be in agreement, you could make a tiny bet, but a bet has to be made by all teams.
